Speaking at the closing ceremony of the exhibition, deputy of education and research at the Islamic Azad University’s branch in Shiraz regarded holding such a great exhibition in the third religious city of Iran as a real honour for the city.
“An exhibition featuring Quranic culture along with Persian literature, which flourished in Shiraz by eminent Persian poets, presents an attractive picture to the visitors.”
Considering that Shiraz citizens have always been known for their religious piety, he added, “We are proud that the champion of the national Quranic festival held by Islamic Azad University on Quran memorization is a student from our city.”
He said that holding such exhibitions can result in bringing Quranic teachings to people’s lives and lead them to profound thinking in the meaning of Quranic verses.
